This automated workflow follows a simple, yet powerful sequence:
Initiate the workflow manually with a click, allowing for on-demand data retrieval. This can be easily switched to a scheduled trigger for automated runs.
Specify the domain name you want to analyze and define the desired date range for data extraction from Google Search Console.
Connect to your Google Search Console account and fetch the website’s performance data, including queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, and position, based on the input provided in step 2.
Split the retrieved data to organize it by individual keywords, making it easier to analyze and understand the performance of each query.
Modify and format the data fields to improve clarity and readability, ensuring that the information is presented in a user-friendly manner.
Transfer the processed data to a designated Google Sheet, appending or updating the sheet with the extracted information from Google Search Console.
To get started, you’ll need:
Permissions to access data from your Google Sheets account.
Permissions to access and manage your Google Search Console data with the webmasters scope.
An active Google Search Console Account fully set up and already collecting data.
